Biography

Shir'Mykirya "Kirya" - Midnight Faerie
Favorite dragon: 2

Kirya knew her path from a young age. She was the newest in a short line of assassins, and her grandmother doted on her because she showed the potential for it early on, even more so than her mother, Arzina, did. No, Imiria had called her her heir to the line of the Midnight killers.

Imiria was the Midnight Succubus, and Kirya was to be the Midnight Faerie- a beautiful name for something not quite so sweet.

Most would think having their path dedicated for them early on in life was unfair, or unjust, but Kirya loved it. Just as her grandmother, Imi had chosen the life of darkness, so too, would Mykirya, at least in time. Or that was her thoughts on the matter, in this case she simply got introduced to the lifestyle much earlier than others, which allowed her to train twice as hard.

No, Kirya was content in her plans. She too, had grown attached to Irie, the one who had her grandmother’s heart, and so had decided to continue where her grandmother would eventually leave off, guarding the season witch until she chose to pass her gift onto a daughter down the line. Besides, in this manner she could better protect her friends, from the sidelines, without any known what she had done.

Kirya was great at what she did. Imi said she might even be better than she was, in her youngest days. It was high praise from the assassin, and it meant the world to the dark spiral.

When asked why she cared more about her grandmother’s praise than her mother’s, she would simply shrug and say that her grandmother spent more time raising her than her mother had, something that was very true, and while she didn’t begrudge Arzina for not raising her, she didn’t much care for the dragon that brought her into the world either. Zina was… different in the mind, and not in a way that Kirya or Imi much cared for. Imi had blamed it on Zina’s father, but Kirya never was quite certain.

All in all though, Kirya was content. She had her grandmother who cared about her, a place in life that she enjoyed, and friends to keep her company. Truly, could a dragon ask for any more?
