Daughter of Peyton the Deathcaller and Urban the Executioner. While most of her older siblings learned from their parents, well versed in the art of deadly combat, dangerous magicks, or both, none have been quite so fascinated with death itself, and what one can do with it, like Saturn. She has studied the arts of raising the dead extensively and often uses it to fight in a pinch, hardly needing to do any work herself.

Without the attention of her parents, Saturn became fascinated very quickly with the though of death. She began to experiment in her ways at a young age, often away from the watchful eyes of those who were supposed to be supervising. While she did learn from her mother and father the art of combat, she preferred to stay in the back of the pack and usually a silent watcher.

In the evenings, when it was dark and the dead lay around them in mounds, Saturn would leave the nest carefully to go and find those worthy of her time to raise.

Saturn is an absentee mother, unsure of how to act around even her own brood and so she tends to wait until one shows signs of magic like hers to attempt to form a connection. Because that's what was required of her, though she certainly didn't have one with her own mother. Her mate tends to be the one to nurture their broods. Saturn doesn't like the killing, she is just overly fascinated with the way the corpses lay upon the ground and what they can provide for her. While she will kill, as will all Nightcallers, she doesn't go out of her way to do it. She will fight when threatened or if provoked in anger and even then, she calls the dead to her aid and it never goes well for the other party.
