Chancellor was brought to the clan as an egg that was scavenged during a raid on an enemy clan- the odd egg was thought to be dead since it showed little signs of life... that is, until it was placed in a small garden on the cliffs of the Reedcliff Ascent. Grass grew up around the egg and flowers soon bloomed, eventually culminating in a tiny Gaoler hatchling popping out in a burst of electricity. From his birth, Chancellor was an odd one- despite his obvious origins in the Lightning flight, flowers grew freely from his pelt, and his mere presence inspired flora to grow around him. His cheerful aura was infectious, the Corsairs agreeing to keep him around and help raise him after seeing his adorably bright personality. His early youth was spent flying to the various cliffs around the clan, planting flowers and helping them to grow. He even was able to grow flowers inside the caverns of the cliffs, bringing an extra bit of cheer inside. A small garden patch overlooking the ocean is what Chancellor calls home, and he spends a good amount of time napping there with his fellow hatchling friends. |
