Remkas

Remmy, the Turquoise Paladin
A lonely Fallen Vandal of the House of Winter, Remkas was separated from his House a very long time ago and has been wandering the system ever since, trying to find his way home. Remkas and the House of Winter crew he was assigned to encountered a terrible foe while on a completely unrelated mission given them by Syliks at command of their Kell, Cyriel, and were pinned down in a dark spot on a centaur just beyond Saturn. Cayde caught wind of this and tried to send a fireteam of Guardians to help, but was unable to pinpoint the crew's location due to unexplained interference coming from one of Saturn's moons; Tethys. Remkas's Captain and good friend, Avrex, sent him out on what he claimed to be a scouting mission, but it was actually Avrex's final attempt to slip one of his crew out alive, aware that the enemy was closing in and the majority of them were unable to escape. Remkas obeyed reluctantly, feeling something wrong, and instantly tried turning back to aid his crew when he heard the noise of the battle. Avrex, over comms, ordered Remkas to run, instructing him to warn their Kell and their entire kind of what was coming. Remkas once again reluctantly obeyed, and to this day the memories of the enemy, the series of battles, and the day he was forced to leave his crew and run haunt him. Less than two weeks later, the forlorn Winter Vandal came across his lion, which he named Sevriks-Fel in honor of his Captain, whose field name was Sevriks. Remkas was later dragged by Sevriks-Fel to the Tower on Earth, where he met the other Paladins and was soon given the nickname Remmy by Vex, the Purple Paladin.
