- tekla is a young, bright seer. she constantly travels on the breeze and water, circling the world to tell dragons left and right her predictions.
- she is firey, sarcastic and witty, often proving to be one step ahead of others. she can sometimes irritate others with her personality but otherwise remains mellow and relaxed, liked by most for her personable nature.
- she has a crush on wes but can't find it in her to tell him. maybe one day she'll finally confess. the two do get along great after all.

Blue and green are a good combo, ans the way her mane fades over and that bright halo and those sliiight greenish hues in opal make her look really coordinated and unique as well!
