For some death is not an end
But a new beginning it was like the flick of a switch; there was nothing, and then something. the air was thick and warm, filled with hushed voices of concern. cracking an eye open victus looks at them, at least twenty, all but one – a skydancer - were looking at them with worry. the one ushered the rest back before looking back at victus with calm eyes. “how are you feeling young one?” she waited calmly for a reply, but there was nothing. when victus attempted to speak a reply no words came out. It was a mildly shocking revelation for them, however they didn't show any shock and simply gave a nod and a slight smile as an alternate response. the skydancer nodded and gave a silly grin in return. “if you can't speak that's quite alright, dinner will be in about an hour and a half. feel free to join us or stay until you can want to go off and find a home elsewhere, young one.” with that, the skydancer turned and went the way the others had gone before her. |

N O T E S ; - came back to the world mute; communicates through facial expressions and gestures - suffers from frequent night terrors; this has resulted them in having insomnia - spends most nights wandering the cavern and exploring short distances away from it above ground - has a fear of abandonment and can be seen trailing behind Caecus - unintentionally scares hatchlings - don't make sound when they're walking; finds jokes that they secretly float amusing - has a love for reading, and will often carry several books and journals with them at a time to read; they've expressed a love for books about specters, poltergeists, and the like |
