GEN 2

Drovled had met Windthorp during his travels with the other clergy of the Rot Lord, meeting the other hatchling had been entertaining as the two become close while traveling together, but soon enough Windthorp continued on his way and Drovled continued his training. life continued much as it had until the letter came requesting his attendance at a school, O.A.K, and he was sent to the school with only enough time to pack his few belongings.
Once at O.A.K he met Windthorp again and found two more companions in Raelynn and Edallin, Raelynn was welcoming if a little shy as she was more comfortable on a ship than she was on land. Edallin however was welsoming to an extent, but had his own reservations about the rest of them, being far more protective of Raelynn than of himself or Windthorp, it was entertaining really watching the two dance around each other.

After two years they were sent on their way to pay off their debts to the school and their patron and found themselves on a boat, Raelynn was at home on the swaying lumber while he was less than thrilled by the constant motion. he and Windthorp paid their way while Raelynn and Edallin worked for their passage, it wasn't even the town they were meant to be at, but it would do for a stopping off point and give him time to gather things he needed.
The next town they stopped at became a prolonged stop when rain bogged down the roads and made travel by caravan or horse dangerous. the heat was horrible, humid and muggy, the inn they stayed at was run by a dragon of the ice fields and so he kept the inside to a more comfortable temperature for which they all seemed thankful for.

A dragon came running into the inn and stopped at the inn keep and spoke quickly until the Inn keep motioned to them and the stranger came running up to their table. he begged their help and Raelynn pointed out that they had nothing better to do until the roads dried, so they agreed to help the man and he promised them a painting of themselves, not that Drovled was interested in such a vain thing yet he had to agree that they didn't have anything to do.
They walked until they found the bodies of caravan guards and a upturned wagon, Windthorp walked ahead. suddenly wolves surrounded them and Edallin called to Windthorp to make his way back closer to the group where there was safety, the wolves watched them and moved closer as Windthorp came back to the group and stood beside him, they had all of a few seconds before the first wolf attacked.

The wolves attacked and hurt Edallin badly before they chased the few survivors away and Raelynn took to bandaging Windthorp and Edallin to the best of her abilities. after getting Edallin to agre to stay put Raelynn and Windthorp went to find a place to camp and came back with word of an old dragoness and a den they might be able to stay in, Drovled figured one way or another they would have a place to stay the night.
The old dragoness all but pulled them into her den and fed them as well as giving Edallin a healing potion which helped him immensely. they spent the night and when the morning came made their way across a lake and into a cave only to be attacked by longneck, Drovled stayed behind the group watching Windthorp and Raelynn encourage each other to do elaborate tricks as they fight.

Drovled fought and watched Edallin was pinned and attacked, he felt no real rush to stop the attack yet he attacked the longnecks that came too close. he saw Edallin fall and was chained to the ground and attacked, Drovled attacked and fought until no opponent was left. he looked through the area while Raelynn bandaged Edallin and Windthorp up, he found the paints they were supposed to find and other things they could sell.
Once this task was done they continued onto the town they were supposed to be going to and met with a dragon who represented their patron; he gave them a few item, weapons mostly, and were allowed to stay in a upper class Inn for the night. they went to explore the town and suddenly found themselves under attack by a group of thugs, arrows flew from different places behind them, the fight started because Windthorp ran. the fight didn't last long before the thugs ran and they continued on their way without giving it another thought.
