Uriel
Protector of Mercy | The 5th Watcher

Uriel is a kind and generous soul, through and through. Though many tend to be unnerved by his 'blindness', they quickly come to realize how genuinely honest and pure he is, good to a fault. Because of this some of the Clan who have more 'mother-hen' tendencies and his friends all tend to be fiercely protective of him, as there have been instances where his kindness and generosity were taken for granted in the past.

He's very thankful for his dearest friends and family he has in the Clan, such as Sloane who he denies to everyone who asks that he may feel something more than friends, but he does often find that all the mother-henning can be quite taxing. Either way, he still continues on being a pure and honest being, even after joining the Watchers and being a pseudo-member of the quite ominous Night Hunters.

Most find it strange and at times down right horrifying that Uriel would have a 'large bug' for a Familiar; Uriel begs to differ. He's quite thankful to Orchid, really; though he can see generally well enough with his thermal vision, Orchid often acts as his guide during those times when heat signatures meld together or when he's especially anxious and is unable to tell things apart. Orchid is almost never far from Uriel, and especially when they're out of the familiar Clan Paladin territory, Orchid is almost always right by Uriel's side, helping him along.

Rather, he's a benevolent and kind being who wishes goodwill on those he sees, even if his blindness on the visible spectrum holds him back. He can still see other dragons, just via thermal vision.

There are a few dragons in the clan who think Uriel is... too kind. He is forgiving of dragons who might have even wronged him in the past and to the clan as a whole sometimes, sometimes giving them a gift to show that he means no harm any longer. Or he'll give away some treasures, but that often doesn't work because he gets stopped by other dragons. Whatever the case, Uriel's kindness is genuine and true to any dragon he might meet.

in denial about this new predicament, uriel believes what he feels is a "close friends" thing, or simple admiration. nevertheless, uriel treats sloane with the same kindness as everyone else. or a little more kindness...
