Bixbite–// Decoration
The deep blood-red hue of Bixbite's wings and eyes is a subject of much superstitious speculation. Some of the more wary dragons claim to have seen his gemstones emitting a low, eerie glow in dim lighting. Okay, maybe Sandhya isn't haunted, but this one DEFINITELY is!

Skeptical dragons don't believe this nonsense. If it seemed like his gems were glowing, it was probably just the way the light refracted in them. Happens all the time to jewelry depending on the stone's cut, nothing to be alarmed about. But to make sure everyone has peace of mind, they do keep Bixbite away from the nesting grounds.

Historically, suspicion and fear are a fairly common to the Jewelry Box Fae phenomenon. Research hasn't suggested any type of supernatural forces are in play, but it also hasn't found the true answer, so dragons continue to let their imaginations run wild.
