Biography
He burst into the hive in a blaze of fire, roaring commands to his fellow liberators.
We had been captured in the dead of night, sickening mockeries of dragons coated in black carapace dragging us away from the place we called home. We heard of the Hivemind. We thought this was the end. We prayed, pleaded to the Flamecaller to help us, save us from becoming one of them.
Then, the great goddess sent us an angel.
A deep red Coatl, eyes blazing with the very essence of fire, came to our rescue. Dressed in armor and wielding both sword and magic, he cut down and destroyed the drones that tried to stop him and his fellow liberators. They all fought their way deep into the hive, where we were being held. The blazing Coatl came to me first, using fire to burn my bonds.
Then he moved onto the next dragon to free them, a few of his fellow liberators freeing as many as they could as fast as they could. I cannot remember what I said, but I remember the tears that spilled over as our prayers had been answered. There was no time to lose. I fled as fast as my legs and wings could carry me, only stopping when I could no longer see that accursed place on the horizon.
Ragnarok is the leader of the anti-Hivemind resistance. He was a dragon that the Hivemind failed in assimilating, his strong connection to the Flamecaller and her element being the only thing that saved him from losing his free will and mind. He escaped the hive in a blaze of fire and destruction, his fury and his goddess' blessing leaving only ashes behind.
Having nearly lost himself to the Hivemind, Ragnarok has dedicated his life to the cause of bringing an end to the vile beasts seeking to destroy all of dragonkind.
Made by V0iCEB0X, inspired by the speech I wrote for Ragnarok in a discontinued RP.
'Save as many as you can, and leave no monster alive.'

The trading post was known to be noisy and busy from sunrise to sunset, dragons of all backgrounds looking at wares, running errands for a certain hoarder, practicing alchemy, or simply standing about and talking. Despite the general unrest of the realm, places like this tended to be on the more peaceful side.
But dragons arriving one day were met with something...unusual. The usual noise was drowned out by one loud, powerful voice.
"They've taken our friends! Our families!"
In the center of the lot was a stage made of tightly-wound vines, likely constructed by a Nature dragon. Four dragons stood atop the stage, a male Pearlcatcher with a light, iridescent hide and grotesque Plague eyes, a male Fae of a maroon hue and carrying a large, beaten book at his belt, a male Skydancer in military garb and with eyes that held the very essence of Nature...and lastly, the one speaking. A male Coatl with blazing eyes, dressed in armor and covered in sanguine carapace. He had a weapon strapped around his waist--noticeably stained black by an unknown substance.
"The hivemind is a scourge upon dragonkind, and we must join together to fight it! More and more are claimed by those vile monsters as days pass, and we are the only ones with the power to put an end to their kind!"
He...seemed rather passionate. A small crowd was gathered around the stage, listening to the Coatl's speech and murmuring to one another. The hivemind had only recently really become known in all territories, and many were oblivious to just how dangerous these 'drones' were.
"I, Ragnarok, lead the resistance against hivekind! I call upon you, fellow children of the deities, for help! With great enough numbers, we can destroy the hivemind once and for all!"
