Saivax

Saivax is the 23rd child of Willow.

Name: Saivax Verandering-Willowchilde.

Alias: Man in the Mirrors, Wallman, The One Who Isn’t.

Parents: Ricar and Willow, adopted son of Sundar.

Siblings: Many, most notably Salix, Erroneous, Noomi, Pandora, Yiral,Wirral, Rashel.

Age: Appears to be about 25.

Gender: Male.

Pronouns: He/him/they.

Orientation: Bi.

Eyes: Plague, Dark Sclera.

Hair: Long, wild, dark,muted red.

Height: Adjustable, but 7’0.

Powers: Saivax has the “general” powers of Willowchildren, reality warping, dimension creation, Void access, Soul Recall, Totality (resurrection/restoration of one's physical body) and the unique Unwrite. He has also displayed astral projection and an unusual ability to possess others briefly. Able to summon cats.

Special: Unwrite, the ability to unwrite items or people or events from history. Used to undo his father’s deal with Plaguebringer, sitting him free and in turn, removing his reasons for getting Willow back.

Item creation: Saivax is the creator of spy mirrors and a number of items the Rag-Tags have either destroyed or secured.

Also able to create elemental cannons by embedding souls into suitable items.

Creator of the lockets he has on him.They’re designed to make him more inclined to be sociable, as their name suggests. Saivax doesn’t acknowledge them or the fact he’s made them.

Occupation: Mayor of Little Snorring, recurring villain and the “Big Bad'' to the town’s group of mystery solvers, the Rag-Tags and Overseer of the Glitch Quarter together with Salix.

Marital status: Considered “Happily married” to Yuggal.
Is well aware Wicked is about to hit him like a freight train.

Lovers: Saivax enjoys attention from men, but doesn’t appear to have any deep relationship with the few he’s known to spend time with.

Friend: He appears very fond of Veksle, his henchman, to the point he’s stopped Salix from pursuing him.

Nemesis: Dru, the leader of the Rag-Tags. He’s paradoxically fond of her as the young heroine has a habit of talking to his mirrors (as therapy for herself) and accidentally telling him all her troubles. Troubles Saivax has at times done away with.

Dru is currently rather worried as Saivax has been gone since Salix dragged her brother out of their father’s lair, an event that caused Saivax’s mirrors in his HQ to either explode or go “offline” which she witnessed.

Ignis: Vivecy. Lokhan vies for his attention, but Saivax is rather reluctant to give it to him as Lokhan is “Salix’s Ignis”.

Fashion style: “Wasteland wanderer”, rather Plague-ish “bone on string decorations”. Multiple metal bands around his upper, forearms and neck. Has never heard of “shirts” or anything that fully covers his torso. Does have a shawl, but that’s tied around his hips.

Note: Saivax’s eyes are never seen. If he takes off his mask, his hair falls in his face and obscures half of his face. His siblings can see his face, the “viewer” can’t.

Personality: Saivax is generally quiet, grumpy and is practically only seen smiling when he’s with his children, Yuggal or when he's bothering somebody. He’s not particularly amicable, formerly extremely anti-social (it’s gotten slightly better, now he’s willing to be around his family members but good luck getting him to socialise with other people outside of Naomies and Igni). Trollish and in general, a chaos enjoyer. Saivax’s bad mood metre basically goes “neutral→annoyed→”turning himself into an alligator so he can deathroll you into next week”.

He is, however, fond of and gentle to animals of all kinds and owns two cats, one turtle and a couple of lizards. Like most of his siblings, he’s quick to take unattended nieces and nephews in as his own.

He was and is completely oblivious to his self sabotaging behaviour and any desires he has for company. If he detects Salix has completely left Anphal, he will leave as well and track her down, no matter where she might be and return with her. (Or two days before and take over Anphal, start chaos in an attempt to make her come home and stop him.)

Unburdened by most of the social rules and morals that his sister abides by, Saivax does what he wants and does so with glee.

Phobias: Botanophobia. Nowhere where as bad as previously, but he starts getting twitchy if he’s around plants too long.

Likes: Chaos, being alone, his pets, the Rag-Tags, theatics/drama, Salix.
Dislikes: Nature, being alone, the Rag-Tags, stillness, Salix.

Possessions: Sanddune Rags, Mage's Walnut Bag.

Weapons: Saivax prefers to use his powers against his enemies as transfiguring them is about will, his vs theirs. If somebody is out of range, he’ll make use of an elemental cannon. He finds hand to hand combat and brawling “fun”.

Associated animals: Snakes, spiders (Net Casting Spiders) crocodiles.





Info: Made to believe the outside world was one of nightmares and disasters, something made infinitely worse by his own powers, Saivax hid himself away in Ricar’s citadel when he was a teenager, erasing his very existence from records and memories alike to distance himself from the chaos that follows his bloodline and keep himself safe from the world.

But, being a Willowchild he couldn’t wholly stop himself from doing completely nonsensical and in his case, self sabotaging actions as he subconsciously wished to be part of things and left clues to his existence while he began to meddle with Little Snorring, perfectly able and willing to communicate with people though his mirrors.

He flirted with reality, creating “impossible” children from the Naomi that Wasn’t, enjoying the turmoil as the world struggled, bent and broke to explain these children’s parentage.

When that wasn't enough to draw attention, his self sabotaging magic reached out and “poked” Salix who would grow obsessed with uncovering him, naming him the Man in the Wall, or Wallman, which her children still call him.

He is the Man in the Mirrors to Dru and her group, the force haunting the little and idyllic town of Little Snorring, able to manipulate events through countless mirrors and finding people inclined to do as he asks.

Each and every attempt made by Saivax to erase his existence from Salix’s mind failed and only succeeded in making her more and more intent on dragging him out of the citadel once his illusions were broken.

Said illusions started coming down when Willow made her escape which caused a ripple in reality which, according to Saivax and only Saivax, weakened his magic. In reality, Saivax’s self sabotaging magic and subconscious finally got the upper hand and started destroying his own illusions, wards and rendered himself completely unable to fight Salix off when she dragged him to Anphal, kicking and screaming in sheer outrage and bewilderment.

Saivax has since then become aware of Ricar’s web of lies and has removed it (He literally manifested it as a web of lies) from his mind.

Saivax is an expert in obscuring, deleting and finding information. A reality warper that easily outclasses even Salix, Saivax has an almost sadistic fondness for the chaos and turmoil he’s able to inflict on reality.

He is an incurable antagonizer and snoop, more so towards men than women as he seems to enjoy their often more aggressive attention.

Saivax has been tracking down his children to restore those who are without physical form or affected by some kind of magic malady caused by his actions, as he does feel genuine guilt over what he's done.

His younger children are fine, well adjusted individuals who are all looking forward to joining relatives in lairs out in the world and cause chaos for the only thing better than a good Naomi is a villainous one. The mirrors don't bother you, they have always been there and there they will remain.
