As a dragon of high birth, she had access to the smoothest of silks, the finest of food, and the most abundant of toys as a hatchling. With wealth comes power, and no one understood that better than Angelica, whose very room was worth more than the accumulated wealth of the town she resided above. She looked down from her curtained balcony, often smiling at the fact that she will never have to work as the commoners did, their claws dulled down with heavy work.

From a young age, she had learnt how to bribe and blackmail, something that her noble parents would've frowned upon - simply tossing bags of gems to the maids, her behaviour was not mentioned.

She grinned, admiring her slim claws, how they ended in a sharp point. Her feathers, with years of being preened and permed by the best hairdressers of Sorneith were glossy and shapely. Her fur was combed three times a day resulting in an unrivalled silkiness with a whiff of rose and sometimes jasmine.

Now, as a young adult, her beauty is at its prime. She struts through town with an arrogance she confuses with confidence.
