Subject #28 (AKA Thayn)
Subject is hostile to any and all personnel that they have come into contact with. From minimal performed testing post-incident (see below) subject was proven to possess telekinetic and telepathic abilities.

Notes:
Testing the subject displayed no signs of ability at first, so the subject was deemed harmless and allowed to roam most parts of the Quarantine Area. However, subject came into brief mental contact with Subject #18 after unauthorized entrance into Containment Level 9. Subject was found on the floor apparently having a seizure, and when hastily removed (nearly at the cost of security personnel) continued to seize for approximately thirty minutes. Subject ceased all motion after that and was declared unconscious. When subject regained consciousness, they reacted with hostility to all personnel and displayed telekinetic and telepathic abilities. The subject’s voice suffered a noticeable change in pitch, and those who have heard it reportedly identified the voice as sounding similar to voices perceived from Subject #18. After this incident, it was presumed that Subject #18 had somehow infected and suppressed the inhabiting consciousness of Subject #28, AKA Thayn. When subject was asked their name, they stated “You already know.”
Subject #28 is to be kept in an isolated containment cell with little outside contact. No requests should be met, including those for food, water, or companionship. We should assume Subject #18 can see everything Subject #28 can, and this should be taken into account for any and all exposure to either subject.
