Bevan likes to stay silent and is often a better listener than conservationist. Most dragons forget he's even there most of the time. However, his silence isn't about being polite to others; it's about gaining information from them. The skydancer is rarely seen as a threat and easily blends into the background of a room. This gives him a chance to get dirt and useful information that he usually uses for his own black mail but on the occasion he'll make a deal with another dragon to act as a spy for them... at least if the pay is good enough.
