Pasty talons and sneezing maws just don't go together, but Luftkuss tries her best to manage. She takes up the role as an apothecary, loving getting dirty with her talons and making her own mixtures and concoctions, some she can use to aid herself, but mostly to sell, allowing her to sit on a sizeable amount of treasure. She's always gathering samples of everything; herbs, bones, even remains of various creatures. Luftkuss is famous for her healing paste, ironically made from bonepriest venom, sand creepers and a touch of hallowed ivy. She sells them on her travels to passerbys and marketplaces.

Her mother was an odd one, nonetheless. Unlike Luftkuss, her mother toyed with poisons. Some less toxic than others, some even being potent enough to kill an Emperor a second time with a single dose. But if it weren't for her mother, she never would have learned so many recipes by heart and have such knowledge to use normally poisonous things for healthy antidotes. But one thing goes unsaid: her family history.

As previously stated, her mother had a way with poisons, and not only that but words as well. When she met Luftkuss' father, he lulled him into lust and love, bringing Luftkuss. Not long after Luftkuss came of age, her mother had no use for her father and slipped him poison in his lamb leg during one of their dinners. No one ever caught her mother but Luftkuss always knew, with the gleam in her mother's eyes and sly talons.

For a time afterwards, Luftkuss was earful of her mother. She wouldn't poison her own daughter, would she? Maybe if she became a worhtless. So Luftkuss tried her best to have a price tag on her, eclusive to her mother. She would help grow and gather components along with assisting her mother in the act of making the poisons and testing them on innoent animals. Luftkuss didn't agree and left. Luckily, her mother has no idea about Luktkuss' whereabouts and she's safe for now, unless she makes too big of a name for herself with her aid in medicine and health.
