______ "My, what do we have here?" The warlock's deep, calm voice didn't sound harmful, but as it echoed across the empty battlefield, the few remaining enemies that had somehow survived felt their blood freeze. In front of him sat a small Tundra, probably nothing but an apprentice mage, yet the enemies had to use every single wizard they had to even stand the glimpse of a chance. Thus, even this little Tundra, barely as big as his head, had made its way here. Pathetic. Not like it had helped them in any way. Without moving an inch, Rubin watched as the Tundra desperately tried to cast some kind of protective spell. It failed. Almost feeling pity, the warlock laughed. "Now, my little mage, that kind of magic isn't going to win you a fight, is it?", he asked, not expecting an answer. And indeed, the other did nothing but stare at him in fear as his eyes started to glow. A wide, evil grin formed on Rubin's face. "Let me show you real power."

______ Rubin, formerly a user of forbidden magic, has won countless battles. When his clan of warlocks suffered a terrible loss, though, he had no choice but to flee. Hurt and in pain, he was found by the Lunar Sanctuary's florist Wildrose, and nurtured back to health. Up to this day, no one is aware of his past, and as he joined during the foundation of the Sanctuary, no one ever really cared. He has since established the Eclipse Coven and became the clan's Plague Representative. Also, the relationship between him and cavalier Inej is quite... special. Even though they appear to hate each other deeply, there are rumours about them that indicate something else...?
