Aspen is one of the most powerful Dark Magicians, and is believed to be one of the creators of the dark circle, which dates back to before the elements were established. She can have children, but only with other leaders.

However, there comes a price.

Her children will age just like a normal dragon, so they will have to be turned once they reach adulthood. She cannot turn her children when they are hatchlings, because, due to their strong magician blood, the hatchlings create a barrier to protect themselves from magical forces.
