Heed my call and follow my queen
More puppets for the puppet master
Our Hive will make Dragonkind tremble
And they will all be assimilated by our Conciousness' will

Notes from Ripley's Logs
From what I've learned this drone is a special artificial type called a Hijacker. I do not know where it came from, just that the creature had stumbled upon Weaver's territory. She didn't have many drones then, so I don't believe the Hijacker was even aware of the hive's presence.
Weaver noticed the intruding Hijacker almost instantly. Instead of sending strong-minded drones that could resist the Hijacker's call and exterminate it like other hives I've seen, Weaver actually left the hive to deal with it personally. Granted, she only sat a few meters from the entrance, but it was the first time I've seen her out of the hive ever since she got her first drones. The consciousness just sat there, a high-pitched hum emitting from it's chest as her cloud of concentrated magic swirled about her.
It wasn't long before the Hijacker appeared, stumbling into the clearing in a daze. Weaver let out a coo, seeming pleased. The nocturne crept up to her, twitchy and fidgety as it approached. Humming more, Weaver reached out with her long digits and stroked the Hijacker. It calmed down instantly, seeming to melt under her touch.
It was the strangest thing I have ever seen from the Hivemind.
The two went back into the hive, the Hijacker trailing after Weaver like an excited puppy. I was confused, the Hijacker was acted like it had fallen head over heels in love, the sick kind of love that could only be induced by a siren's spell. I knew Weaver had a strong grasp on her drones, but to effect a sentient creature in such a way? I'll make sure not to underestimate her in the future...
