Dear MythicalCookie,
This is a lovely lair indeed, however if I stay here, the whole world won't be able to know my beauty. I am a very beautiful dragon and I feel the need to share this joy with everyone else. I know everyone in this cramped lair will be heartbroken but please forgive me. I must shed a tear and say my farewells to this tiny lair.

Dear MythicalCookie,
I've traveled far and wide, letting everyone know of my beauty! Many don't seem to appreciate though...hmph.

Anyway, I've come across an interesting lair! Though not as interesting as me, of course. I was blown off course into the dreadful shifting Expanse. It's so dull and dreary here! I caught my bearings, and decided to stay here for a bit to rest.

I've tried finding someone nice here, but no one really seems to care! No one is swooning over me. They should be Everyone seems to already have a mate or doesn't care. It's dreadful.

Well, it doesn't matter. They should've been happy that they were gifted with my presence while they were. So I'm going off again. They'll miss me for sure.

Diary entry #1, March 25 2019

Who knew some dragon’s lairs were such a dump! Upon meeting the leader I thought the lair would be more respectable, but the place was crammed to the walls in absolute junk, to the point most of the dragons are hardly ever home. It’s such a shame, so many have missed out on me! Most of the dragons I met were nice enough, I will say I find it quite rude that none of them thought to compliment me on my dazzling looks- perhaps they have just never seen somebody so beautiful and I took them by surprise! Although, one youngster showed me a very flattering picture he had drawn of me, which I’ll be putting in here for safe-keeping, as I fear my wonderful face could get crumpled if I sent it back to my home lair.

Diary entry #2, April 5 2019

I arrived at The Windswept Plateau shortly after their festival has taken place. Some decorations like colourful ribbons and feathers were still flying in the constant breeze, but all in all an almost tranquil normality seems to have returned to these lands.

I spotted a small clan of colourful dragons near a dense bamboo forest directly under the Cloudsong and decided to approach them. Their motherly leader was very welcoming and nice, even though she called me girlie which I found a tad bit unrespectful to be honest. (Most likely she is like... ancient though, so I will generously forgive her for being old-fashioned.) But anyway - far worse than that was the extremely creepy swarm of Faes surrounding her! There were some moments when all ten of them looked at me at the same time, analyzing me, probably talking behind my back in their weird crest language. I was really relieved when my audition time was over.

Diary entry #3, April 15 2019

I don't even know where to start - it has been some crazy days with this... group of individualists. I don't know if I would call them a clan and I have no idea how they manage to get along. Anyway, this isn't about them! Something has happened to me here - first I wasn't sure what it was, but I think by now I'm pretty sure that I have a crush on a beautiful female. Yeah, shocking, right? The thing is I care more about somebody else than me for the first time in my life and it is great, but also very, very frightening. She's pretty flirty with males and females alike and I don't think she knows about my affection... yet. Better keep it that way for now and sort my thoughts and feelings somewhere else.

When I told her that I would leave soon she smiled and gave me some wonderful feather pieces she had made especially for me. I will always wear and treasure them! Goodbye for now, sweet Serephina, maybe we will meet again!

September 17th, 2019

Dear diary, things have been so busy! This clan is hardly a clan, small groups of dragons across several territories all in alliance with one another in such strange ways! Some dragons even talk to thin air and expect me to believe in "spirits"!

But despite the bizarre nature of this 'clan' I have been treated kindly for the most part. Very few have complimented me on my beauty, but they have shown me the beauty of Sornieth, from the Sea of a Thousand Currents to the clouds of the Zephyr Plateau. It's been a whirlwind of an adventure, meeting so many dragons and seeing so much.

But I have grown weary, and my thoughts have turned to home. With a little help, I intend to return to me home lair.
