Summoner stared at the letter his brother, Noisur had sent him and he looked around him. Their lair was falling apart and there was nearly nothing left here for him. Why not follow his brother's lead and explore the world around him? He said his farewells before taking to the skies. One day, during his travels, he decided to wander the Plaguebringer's land. Call it morbid curiosity or a death wish, but he was honestly just interested all of these new sights. Pain and death were etched into each thorn, tangles of them crowding together to form a kind of forest, thick with carrion and rot. A heavy mist began to roll in, quickly rendering the imperial lost. But, just as he was starting to lose hope, something caught his eye. Movement. Thinking it might be a local animal, he followed in hot pursuit along winding, twisting paths until, finally, the fog dissipated and Summoner found himself to be back where he'd started. When he looked around for that creature, he was only met with red eyes telling him not to come back. Summoner was entirely sure he didn't want to come back. He stayed only one night before packing his things and leaving.
