Most of Arashi's childhood was spent in poverty and loneliness, having been abandoned by her parents. For many years she had almost given up on living a good life and most of her days were spent working odd jobs or begging for food. Though her life changed drastically when a young prince found her and decided to give her a chance. For the first time in her life, Arashi felt like she belonged, like she was needed. He trained her to fight and she started working as Gaki's bodyguard and fighter to protect him from dragons that wanted to harm him. Arashi usually acts as a dancer in Gaki's business to hide her true occupation, while still being able to keep an eye on the prince.

If one didn't know about Arashi's past, they would not be able to guess just by looking at her. The only thing that seems to have stayed from her past on the streets was her serious and reserved personality. Her movements are normally regal and elegant and she is usually quiet and keeps to herself. Though, everyone that has crossed her in a fight knows that she is as deadly as one can be and that she has an unwavering loyalty towards the prince that had saved her from a life in poverty.
