Venue-Vert-2.png Minerai appears to be mute and emotionless. Living Fae find her eerie for the lack of unexpressive movement in her crests. But, this doesn't mean she's unmoving; while most do seem to prefer imitating the inanimate objects from which they were born, she seems to be in a constant, subtle motion, letting her wings flutter just so the sparkling gemstones of her wings catch the light.

Being made of metal and mineral, Minerai has a hard, sturdy body, and is not easily injured, However, she can get bent and scratched, just like real jewelry. She also seems to have unusually large magic reserves for a Fae, though no dragon has ever observed her putting it to use. It is believed that this magic is in fact what sustains her, allowing her to live in the appearance of a dragon in the first place, and if she were ever to expend that magic, she would return to being normal jewelry.

Perhaps due to the stable properties of the metal, gold Jewelry Box Fae like Minerai are a rarity. Most dragons one can find with this coloring are naturally occuring, normal dragons born to normal dragon parents. Minerai, however, is a Jewelry Box dragon in the same vein as the more standard silver variety. She tends to be somewhat more animated, showing signs of intelligence that typical Jewelry Box Fae rarely outwardly express. Due to their rarity, not much else is known about how these gold Fae differ from their silver cousins, and the unique characteristics granted to them are still under study.
