Lelylaji
The beautiful coral that grows interrupted within the Sea of a Thousand Currents has recently become greatly endangered with the combination of the Tidelord's disappearance and the sudden changes in weather.

With constant threats looming above and below, some of the more resilient branches have, with the aid of sporadic pockets of magic, become sentient. When not focused on spreading and repopulating their treasured home, they'll do whatever they must to keep it safe.


Contrary to their brilliant-colored hides, those that live in the Fishspine Coral are excellent with sneak attacks, as many intruders don't notice their initial approach. Thya can make their Ghost markings glow or slowly pulse at will, and they have two possible magic abilities, regardless of breed: they can manipulate emotions or create minor illusions (both abilities manifesting in one dragon is rare). Some like to either leave their pearls out in the open as bait or create a small cluster via an illusion.
