Sliding into the ocean, you shiver at the cold of the water against your body. The legends said that there was a Siren living in these waters, and you're determined to find her. Or him. You don't judge. You take a deep breath and dive under the water, using your wings to propell you along under the water. After what feels like hours of swimming, you find what looks like a palace underneath the water. A stream of bubbles rises from inside. You swim to the surface to catch your breath for a moment before diving down to explore the castle. Within the first few feet of the entrance, you collide with a dark blue creature. It takes all your will not to yelp in surprise, as you can't breath underwater. "Halt, who goes there?" it asks, a pair of glimmering pink eyes shining at you. You point to your snout and release a bubble to show them that you can't speak. "Ah. A land creature." it says. "Do you wish to see the Siren?" it asks. You nod. "Then get lost!" it hisses. "Land creatures know not the power of the Siren! She will kill you before you even see her face!" it snarls. >Hush, Atlantis.< a melodic voice coos from the shadows. A pair of flashing teal eyes appear in the dark. >Now, you are mine.< she sings, and a rush of calm comes over you, as the air suddenly disappears from your lungs. They warned you...but you didn't listen...
Early Life
Cascade hatched in a beautiful lair under the water, in a big coral palace. Despite her eyes being lightning, she hatched and lived in a water lair for years. The dragons in the kingdom loved to sing, but they refused to teach Cascade how. She didn't understand why, until when she decided to try and teach herself. The dragons around her suddenly started swimming to the surface and drowning themselves as they couldn't breathe above water. She asked her mother why her voice caused dragons to behave the way they did, and her mother begrudgingly told her that every thousand years, a Siren is born. She, or he, has the power to protect the oceans with the sound of their singing. It seemed that she was the Siren for this millenium.

Living In Crystalrune
Despite being a Siren, Cascade likes to spend her days in an Arctic kingdom known as Crystalrune.
Notes: Refuses to eat fish because she’s considered a merdragon and can speak to all forms of marine life. She’s an actual Siren, meaning when she sings, other dragons are hypnotized into drowning themselves in the nearest ocean, or, if they can breathe underwater but not on land, to swimming to the surface so they can't breathe and die that way.
She’s the strongest dragon in the clan, as well as somehow most well-loved.
