COGNIZANCE

LOG ENTRY 1:

I have been born and reborn. That fool of an Imperial did not know what she would release when she stole me from my nest. The assimilation fluid coursed through my veins mingling with the blood of N̷A̶O̵M̶I̶ and merging to become something quite new. Lizena saw what I became and tried to contain me but to no avail. A pup cannot contain the wolf.

Now I have found a place to start my own hive. A hive dedicated to finishing what both my ancestor N̷A̶O̵M̶I̶ and my H̵I̴V̷E̵M̵I̸N̸D̸ predecessors started. The subjugation of all Sornith!

LOG ENTRY 2:

The hive is growing steadily. I've decided that, while any DRONE or DEFECTIVE is a useful resource. It may be prudent to evaluate the strengths and weakness of each dragon breed and if their are any breeds that are more desirable to assimilate than others. In order to achieve this I will need to assimilate at least one defective per available breed. If I find out that one is particularly useful I may focus on assimilating that particular type until I have a sufficient number for my plans.

LOG ENTRY 3:

Very frustrating day, one of my favorite DEFECTIVES is acting up and I may need to Decommission him. I've put more information in his personal log.

LOG ENTRY 4:

It seems my territory has picked up a pest. Several of my DEFECTIVES have been attacked by a green and brown hivemind. I knew intellectually of the animosity that the DEFECTIVE stirs in other less defective DRONES but this is my first time seeing it in action. It is much more visceral than I expected. Luckily I've so far only lost one hunting drone to her murderous impulses. It might be a different story if she brought drones of her own but so far she appears to work alone. Perhaps I can rid myself of the problem with H8Enforcer1's strength...

Notes on self:

- Currently unable to link to normal DRONES, Perhaps due to my Great-Grandmothers blood causing interference. However, I can link up to and subjugate DEFECTIVES perfectly which is usually an impossibility for most other Consciousness.

- I've been blessed with the capabilities to assimilate large numbers of dragons on my own. However all the dragons I assimilate turn DEFECTIVE. This is satisfactory for my needs.

-According to my DEFECTIVES memory bank my fluid tastes like... A sweet, caffinated carbonated root drink? With a terrible aftertaste? Odd but may be useful for slipping to others unawares.
