 Pearlcatcher's pearl always held mysterious unexplained power in it. Being treasured and protected during single dragon's whole long life, it was absorbing all the energy, both positive and negative, as well as emotions and knowledge of its holder. Cognitive energy was never to be underestimated, and as a Light dragon and a Pearlcatcher herself, Foci, not only a scientist but one of the most brilliant ones, always knew that. But if one pearl held such power, what may happen if loads of pearls of different shades and various energetic fields would be collected together? Her scholarly mind wondered. In theory, if a lot of pearls would be either melted together with chemicals or merged with magic, they would create one powerful artifact with tremendous power. It would be magical relic of the True Light, as sacred as it was devastating, which was able to heal deadliest wounds and even created Emperors in the past. Would their outcome be able to grant wishes? Would it show the knowledge of the past? Would it be able revive the dead? Starting to consider all these possibilities, Foci found herself slowly going insane. She could't focus on everything else, her mind planning and analysing endlessly. Her plan had a simple name - 'Pearl', and that was everything she devoted herself to. In practice, finding and claiming pearls turned out not being easy at all, since they were guarded by their dragons. Therefore Foci switched to an idea of making Pearlcatchers flock together, either by persuading them or by forcing them to. Someday, their pearls would be taken away at once. As those dragons must have been very different, Foci settled on their genetic traits - their colors. Precisely, all the colors existing. That was daring and almost impossible, but nothing was able to stop her anymore. Time moved on: Pearlcatchers of all kinds started to arrive, mainly believing in miracles and lies made up, not knowing what would happen and who stands behind this 'project'. Said dragons set their home at Starwood Strand, hiding amidst rotten trees and thick bushes, positioning themselves as a separate clan. Foci and her trusted Conduct members were making sure this little clan would not contact with the Temple of Soul closely, not to raise suspicion. Since Foci was not very skillful in speeches and agitating, preferring silent researches and taking her time to look for new individuals, she let Cutar play the role of a Leader. She is a mastermind who rules from shadows, knowingly moving her pawns as if playing chess. Foci has a small group of aware loyal servants who make stuff done and follow her orders, while keeping everything in secret. Her plan also involves luring the King himself into this project if that would be necessary. Foci is strict about everything that concerns Pearl, only trusting those she chose and sparing no one. She is very wise and could take one of the leading positions at the clan if she wished, but she chose this questionable path of science and madness instead. From the very day she started this project, Foci always knew she would participate in it herself as well, parting with her own pearl when time comes, and thus completing it.

She was the first dragon bought, since Pistachio is my favourite color. Someday we would have one Pearl of each color here.
