Waldemar's court advisor. Maintains an unsteady alliance with Kacey, as all advise the king in some capacity.

As she's witnessed the power of the eldritch gods numerous times, Dorotea knows that leaving the kingdom will lead to her death. So she is patiently biding her time, playing her part while hoping for a better future.

She secretly communicates with those against the king's reign, and participated in a secret prototype to try and limit the gods' reach. As quiet as Dorotea's defiance is, Kacey is starting to catch wind of it. . .
