Collin walked out of his lair with what could be only be described as a cocky smile of his face. He walked down the street when he caught sight of the most beautiful female he had ever laid eyes on. He quickly walked over to the Skydancer female. She was to his surprise and joy, alone. The male tapped on the females shoulders and she whipped her head around. “Hello gorgeous, I'm sorry to bother you but I just had one quick question.” Collin said, a smile on his face. The female looked at him and waited patiently. “Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?” The female just rolled her eyes at the males antics and responded with “No, but I did get a few scratches when I crawled out of Hell.’’ The males eyes widened with shock, well that was new. “Your a fiery one aren't you? Well I might have not crawled my way out of the fiery depths but I would just to behold your beauty.’’ The male said trying to win over the stubborn female. This was new for him, females usually fell at his feet after a line like those, but not this female she was different and Collin liked it. “Well I might have to fly right back down if I have to listen to you for much longer.’’ The female snapped back. If Collin wasn't surprised before he was now, yes this female was defiantly special. “I like you. I'm Collin, you've probably heard of me I'm quite popular around these parts.’’Collin said starting to talk the poor females ear off. Finally Collin stopped “Oh my look at the time, my dear you have kept me far to long I must be off. But I do hope we meet again soon my dear. Before I go, could I please learn you name?” “Delphi” The dragoness said just wanting to get rid of the male. And her wish came true as the male disappeared without a trace. Finally the female thought some peace and quiet.

Collin watched with joy as the small egg started to crack. It was finally happening, after days of agonizing waiting he was finally going to be able to start a family. The three eggs began to shake and crack. “Delphi you might want to get in here!’’ He called out to his mate as the eggs began to rock more violently. Collin smiled fondly as his mate rushed in, thinking back to all the time it took to convince the female to finally be his. And body did it take some time but finally Collin was settled down and was about to have a true family. He watched in excitement as the first egg exploded to reveal a small brown female with green ruins on her. “Hollow.’’ Collin said without a thought naming the young female. His mate smiled and nodded agreeing to the name. She bent down and picked up the young female, the next egg exploded a second later to reveal dark yellow dragon with orange wings. “Willow.” His mate said picking up the other baby. Collin looked at the last egg and waited expectantly. It only took a second for the egg to be replace with a small yellow and green pearlcatcher. “Hisoki.” The mates said at the same time smiling at each other. Collin grabbed the hatchling before snuggling into his mate and falling asleep with his new family tucked safely in his arms.


Collins life had once been perfect. He had a beautiful mate to call his own and he was happy. But nothing lasted forever and he somehow found a way to lose everything. He cheated on his mate with a gorgeous female named Wish. She had been there while his mate was away studying to become the clan doctor. So now he lived in a life of drama and hate. Everyone in the clan loved Delphi, so when word got out what he did everyone took her side. Wherever he went he was given dirty looks and mean glares. The only thing that ever gave him happiness was going home to Wish. She was like a breath of fresh air and always made him feel better. Deep down inside he knew that she was only with him for his money but he didn't care. As long as he was happy everything else would be okay.
