Susanoo is a technique of the Mangekyo Sharingan. It creates a humanoid figure from the chakra of its user and is considered the strongest technique of the Mangekyo Sharingan.
Susanoo can attack and defend on the behalf of its user, but is anchored to them. However, with the users permission others can be brought inside the user's chakra and be protected by the technique, too.
Susanoo consists of four stages. The first one is the develompental stage where it is only a skeletal structure, mostly consisting of a ribcage and one arm for basic defense and attack. The second stage shows the humanoid shape and forms musculature and skin, sometimes with or without feet. In the third stage Susanoo gains armor. In the last stage, the "Complete Body – Susanoo", the technique gains a tengu-nose, wings. Their armor and appearance might change in the last state.
