______ Scylla's bewitching and disarming beauty may mislead sailors into thinking she poses no threat, but she is both powerful and fiercely tempered, and she is no kinder than her mate Tunannu, who has earned a reputation as a sea monster. Although the two of them can't always be found in each other's company, for they are solitary creatures at heart, they are surprisingly gentle and caring with each other when they do meet up.

______ Although she has spent most of her life in freshwater, she will take up residence in any aquatic environment. She is, however, resistant to staying in any one place for long. The ponds of the Blooming Grove were perhaps her favorite temporary home - she blended with the lily pads and lush flora and found friends among the dryads, and now she has a fox familiar as a reminder of her time there.
