Despite being the youngest of the Second Nest, Pegasus is probably the largest and most resemblant of The Priest. With their great height comes an aggression that isn't known of the Aureus people-- especially of such high status. Many who are beginning to become uneasy with the sudden introduction of their Priest having children are starting to believe that they are straying from the Light. This is only becoming more evident to them with Pegasus' red eyes and destructive nature. Pegasus is close with their Mother due to their resemblance. The doubled wings and tails, the two heads that sit on their broad shoulders-- The Priestess values the last hatch of their Plague Children the most. But, on top of these distortions of their body, they bring a more unique feature. A connected horn on each head. The single horn on their foreheads stretches far above them in a wonderful arch that cause many to stare. The most special thing about it is the sensitivity the horn has-- like a Skydancer uses their antennae, Pegasus is able to read emotions of others with ease. Even with the suspicion of those beginning to lose faith, Pegasus was the most celebrated while they stayed with the Aureus. But, getting flowers wrapped around a horn that's sensitive both spiritually and physically got tiring. Pegasus didn't leave with a warning though. In the night, Pegasus pushed back their fear, and in a rampage escaped from the Aureus, leaving a mess behind them. The Priest and Holy Lover were disgusted by this event, and at the moment they have no desire to find their run away child. |
