Kazimir

Kazimir was the first of the somewhat sunstruck Seekers to make it as far as the Tempest Spire. He'd been marching across the desert for weeks, and Astrapi has deep, roomy caves. Also refrigeration technology. Heterodyne offered her extended hospitality for his mission, partly out of a desire to know more about what the Seekers were looking for, and mostly out of a desire to know anything at all about the enigmatic Gaolers, still a large enough mystery to enough people that any knowledge at all of their purpose, motives, culture, and details of what exactly they'd been doing since before the history of the Stormcatcher himself was valuable currency.

Like all the Icewarden's Gaolers, Kazimir's only realm of experiences are of ice, prisons, prisoners, and the Shade's creatures. It influenced his decision to make Astrapi his temporary base of operations to find that the captain of the guard and head of security was a fellow child of the Icewarden, able to both share professional perspective and tips on how to cope with the desert.

He's having a lot of new experiences lately. The fifty-foot painting of the robot was particularly... intriguing. The sub-cavern he's dug is VERY Spartan by local standards, but it includes some small, simple wall paintings for pure decoration.

Very recently, someone particularly reckless introduced him to glitter. He thinks it's contagious. But.. fascinating.
