A grandchild of the CONSCIOUSNESS, this drone has more sentience than most drones. The mother has not yet been assimilated and so the children will not develop into a problem for the hivemind, but it is enough to make slightly more complex, yet still limited decisions and survive on its own without the presence of the hivemind for a short while. Enough to find other hives and join them, then report their observations back to their first hive.

The CONSCIOUSNESS wishes merely to learn of other hives, their inner workings, their strengths and mistakes and failures. Learning is the path forward, the best route to growing stronger. What better way to do that than to send out her own spies and ambassadors?
