Personality
It is considered difficult to describe Silikiyu's personality in simple terms. The easiest would be to call her 'chaotic', in that she displays a very spread, multi-pointed personality. For the majority she seems to follow two distinct extremes; a kind, affectionate, protective and fiercely loyal side, as well as a sadistic, manic, violent and self destructive reverse of the same coin. She does not display any calling cards of having multiple personalities, but rather exhibits these traits in kind or at random based on stimuli- or even lack there of. This unpredictability, despite being USUALLY stable, makes her dangerous to be near as one is never fully sure when she may snap; it could be months between episodes, or minutes.

Early Years
In her youth, Sili was taught to hunt, to rend flesh and take the very essence of life from other creatures. For a Skydancer, this is taboo, and practically completely unheard of, especially given their diet of insects and plants, not meat. However, her voracious appetite could be attributed to her heritage as offspring to the Plague. Her whole design is to spread death and carnage, and she has been long honed to do just that. In her youth, she display the same wild innocence she carries even today-- despite the bloodshed in her wake. She sees the stars, she dreams, she laughs and dances, all freely as though still young. It is often believed that her upbringing and birth as a weapon is what cause her madness.

Abilities
~Regeneration~

Silikiyu has been gifted and cursed with a nye godlike healing factor. Mortal wounds heal themselves far faster than should be possible(minutes to hours depending on severity). This is a double edged sword as while it makes her easily considered immortal, she can still feel the intensity of each blow inflicted on her. Theoretically, she could even reattach her limbs or even her head if severed, but she loses all motor function in fully detached parts and would have to retrieve them herself, or have someone else realign the separated piece.

~Cannibalize~

Defying her biology and perhaps further fueling her insanity, she has taken a diet of meat alongside her normal special food preference. She is not above eating other dragons as 'dead meat is still meat. It can rot on the ground or in my maw.' She does not become physically ill from this habit likely due to her Plague heritage breaking down the material and fueling her other abilities in kind.

~Rot~

In place of a powerful heated flame or toxic acid, Sili's breath weapon is a cold, black flame-like mist that induces rapid rot on whatever is exposed to it. Like a natural flame, the severity of its effect is based on exposure; brief exposure will leave a layer of skin or scales feeling like it'd been sunburnt and peeling, while longer exposure can range from blistering to eating and melting away of organic substances. Overall, contact with this mist is highly unpleasant and can be fatal if exposed to sensitive, vital areas. This attack is short-mid ranged and disperses to a simple sickening vapor at its fringe that may induce coughing.

~Decay~

Akin to her breath, her blood itself has been altered to be a bio-weapon. What flows through her veins is black, and ranges in consistency based on exposure to the air. A fresh wound pours ink, that will quickly congeal into a tar-like consistency. If met with her flame, however, a violent reaction causes the blood to rapidly crystallize into terrifyingly wicked, jagged shards of obsidian. This substance is highly toxic to living and organic beings as it eats away at them and can poison their blood stream like a horrid virus, burning them alive from the inside. While the ink can be wiped away, the tar is sticky and needs more effort. One will do very well not to allow themselves to be impaled by a crystal, as the warmth within a dragon's body will cause it to melt and spread through their form.

Sili has 0 defense against mental attack and can easily be calmed or rendered harmless by a telepathic being.

~Light/Holy~

Consider her akin to a demon. What is the antithesis of a demon? An angel. Holy, life, and light-based abilities are doubled against her.

~TKO~

Just like how she can't move a severed limb, if you knock her out, she's harmless and immobile(her blood is still very much dangerous, however), but she's no longer able to fight or outright attack if she's unconscious.

~Binding~

Lets be honest, if you're going to fight her and you know you can't outright kill her, and for whatever reason you can't knock her out, binding her movement works too. She's strong, but not Jugger-Hulk strong, Gaolers deal with Greater Horrors and the same bindings will work on her. Keep her from opening wounds or breathing fire and you're safe.

~Manipulation~

The trickiest but least dangerous method. If you can convince her to calm down, or redirect her fuel from 'kill' to something else, she'll stop fighting. Learning about her and knowing her better makes this method easier.

Basically she's a melee fighter, so unless you can go toe-to-toe with something that hits like a freight train and can cause bleeding/poison damage, keep a distance!

Bio-Weapon

Silikiyu was designed more-so than born. A harbinger of rot, death, and decay, her entirety is meant to do just that; kill and bring to rot. She is not, however, a perfect creation. A flawed experiment, a prototype, her mind and soul conflict with her nature, her nature conflicts with her design, as such, she is prone to madness and becoming self destructive. In one moment she can be loving and affectionate to those around her, and in the same breath rending their hides and her own indiscriminately. Guilt plagues her mind and the horrific memories bring her to the brink. A warning to those who delve into her mind; she is a fractured, shattered soul. She remembers every face, every scream, and every last word. Every detail of her unholy deeds are recorded pristinely in her mind and play back again and again forever in the far corners, waiting for a moment when she falters to come flooding back.
