This strange stargazing fae scientist is frequently absent from the area she helped construct, but reportedly installed a surveillance system in the Starsign Planetarium to prevent tampering and vandalism; unfortunately, it does not always work as intended. She has augmented her body with alien technology, utilizing it in conjunction with arcane magic, but remaining vigilant to ward off the creeping corruption.

Many claim that she successfully constructed multiple spacecrafts and launched them into orbit, even though the evidence is questionable; some even believe that alien lifeforms are secretly housed nearby, although Cypher herself has denied it. Despite this, she's an inquisitive soul who enjoys chatting about her studies when she has the time. Her smallish lab is attached to the Planetarium, and usually in chaos; tools and notes strewn about, hatches left open, a temporary wormhole or two...
