Biography
This lil Lava Lamp
When young, he was told of his parents old kingdom. How it fell to a Wildclaw of unfathomable power over souls. That fascinating fact is what lead him into the Labyrinthe. Whispers of gods and monsters more powerful than the Eleven lured him in.
Deeper and darker he travelled, the hisses and rasps of demons leading the Skydancer to his goal. Power. Magic. A kingdom of his own. The price?
Everything.
Friends. Love. Soul. Family.
He's never liked either of his parents in all honesty, one too anxious and the other blinded by greed. Sornieth would be better without them.
The last hatched. The first lost.
Magmortar watched his siblings. Felt his throat bubbling with resentment, bitter and foul though it was. Smarter and swifter than he, his precious siblings.
But Magmortar could recite their family history word for word. Magmortar could dismantle a machine built by the most skilled Lightning dragon or a military attack without a single stray thought.
Easy as breathing. Or as stifling a breath more like.
All that took was a slight correction of ingredients in their consumables and poof, problem solved. Tristam had taught him that. His father taught him many things, but never did Tristam think to be cautious of teaching his youngest, smallest son subterfuge alongside his mate's royal teachings.
He learned his mistake when he started choking on his tea alongside his frightened wife. His eyes, bulged with fear and betrayal, had watched helplessly as Magmortar calmly administered the antidotes with empty eyes.
Magmortar had been looking at his father the whole time.
