Mother Thistle - Head Matriarch

"Progenitors have a responsibility to their clans. To not do well by them is unforgivable."
Not much is known about the history of Mother Thistle. Her age is unknown, and her origins unclear. She is a private entity whose only drive is to do whatever is necessary for the Clan. She has a reputation for keeping at a distance from any individual other than Father O'Plenty, to the point of refusing to speak personally or publicly . Any message or decision she wishes to relay to the Clan is done through her mate and sub-patriarch, Father O'Plenty. Though such behavior may seem abrasive, most Clan mates respect and admire her for her enigmatic preferences. Even Unnamed hatchlings can find Mother Thistle's favor via small trinkets and tokens left in by her in their nursery nests during the night.

Mother Thistle is usually out foraging, and is difficult to find inside clan boundaries. In the rare times she is able to snatch for leisure, she can be seen silently socializing with her gentle familiar, Crayfish, at the nest's watering hole.
