Within a secluded observatory in the starwood strand there exists a strange being. Self-named Professor Felix Ennio spends his evenings buried in his studies of the night sky. He has a strange affinity for the darkness and never feels alone when in the company of his books and scrolls, despite being the tower's only permanent occupant.

Ennio is curious and inquisitive, as he always has been. Since blinking into existence, the thing he has done most is ask questions. His thirst for knowledge has driven his entire existence, which is possibly the only unsurprising about him, being a dedicated arcane dragon. All of life is arranged into patterns--fractals--from the spiral with spiral eyes to the shadows of the arcane, and he hopes to unlock and understand them all. This fascination passes onto dragons as well, and Ennio has been known to emphatically take interest in others. His zest for life is contagious, and those who have an open mind and patience for his questioning find a keen and intuitive companion.
