Hailing from Shal'anir, Acacia is one of the daughters of their finest warriors and has taken with her both her mother's iron will and impulsion, and her father's desire to better the lives of those around her and leave her mark in the world. Despite being at home within the shadows, she has always felt the distant tugging that she's come to recognise as the desire to take up her Search and find her charge, and eventually concluded that Shal'anir, as magnificent of a home as it was, did not contain what she so desperately sought. Her future was out there, somewhere far beyond the influence of her birthplace, and Acacia wouldn't settle for anything less than a life of fulfilment. Eventually, after months of consideration and careful planning, Acacia presented her intentions to her family and, although they were sad to leave her go, they knew that their daughter would not take no for an answer.

Given the blessing of her queen, Acacia set out on her Search with little more than the bare necessities to keep her going, the armour she'd adorned herself in, and the will to find her place in the world. Long gone would be the darkening halls, bio-luminescent flora that acted as the only sources of light, and the safety of her family, but she would not have it any other way.

APPEARANCE
Built with taking heavy hits in mind, Acacia's years of sparring with her considerably larger siblings shows. She's dressed accordingly, covered in heavy armour with pauldrons that have the emblem of Shal'anir on them, and always walks with her head high. There's a gentleness to her that belies her large size, and she's surprisingly mindful around smaller dragons.

TEMPERAMENT
What she lacks for in patience, Acacia makes up for in will. Her resolve in unbreakable. Unlike most shadow dragons, Acacia isn't inclined to play tricks or throw illusions up around her for her amusement, and is honourable in her approach. However, she does throw the occasional friendly insult to those she cares for, and loves to throw dragons into loopholes whenever she can.

SKILLS
Acacia subscribes to the mentality of 'if you can hit it, hit it harder', which translates into an aggressive fighting style that sees her use her sheer size and presence to flounder her enemies and gain the upper hand. Acacia can breathe a potent shadow-y fire that does more than just burn her opponents, but it's a tactic she reserves for more dire situations.
