Mango

Crom began his life as a lost egg. When he hatched he found himself as a part of a Wind clan, but as an Earth Dragon he just never felt quite at home. The experience made him wonder just why that was, and when the opportunity came his clan mother allowed him to join an Arcane clan so that his ideas would have a more appreciative audience.

And here, here he could fit in. It was never just his innate curiosity, never simply his Earth alignment, never just his Mirror aggression. He could never really understand it, but there was something off about him, and he had often felt he wasn't meant to be, well, wanted. Even among the playful, welcoming Wind dragons, he had been, or at least felt out of place.

"So were we all, once," Alatus hissed, the gilded patterns painted upon his head crests rippling as they flared. "But not anymore. Welcome, kid. This is the hell of many, the home of few. These are the dark gardens." Crom's many eyes glimmered, meeting those of this warrior, and he grinned, the corners of his mouth turning upwards to reveal naturally sharp teeth.

"Well, then. Guess I'm home at last."
