He appeared out of nowhere, crowned prince and ruler of the clan by a mysterious mage who disappeared long ago. He stands at the top of the observatory to read the stars.

^{Prince has been through a lot and has escaped countless disasters, at times he wonders how his powers came to be. Sometimes they are so strong he feels as if he has no control over them, and that they are even a separate entity.

Within the house of magi’s there is talk that the one who crowned him long ago was known by the name of Cassiopeia. Cassiopeia who served directly under the Arcanist at that time was the last one of the original six and was nearing death after thousands of years. It is strongly hypothesized that the powers from her transmuted to shape Prince’s powers.

Prince has no origins and was a lonely egg fostered by a magi, he has a blurry memory of the past and but knows he was raised to save the clan. A long time ago several magi battled for the crown, among them were Fang and Scorpio, the ones filled with ill intent. They had started a war, and for centuries Arcane was a war-torn battle ground. Cassiopeia, Artemis, and Thorn had buried themselves deep under the soil for a long time to figure out how to save the Arcanist and protect the clan from evil.

After a devastating battle, Thorn was killed. It was a sacrifice she made in order to put an end to Fang who had almost destroyed the entire clan. Cassiopeia and Artemis mourned her death greatly, and her death only fuelled them avenge her. The two magi combined their powers together to become undefeatable, Scorpio took notice and disappeared, he was no where to be found and after a few hundred years he was assumed to be dead by natural causes.

These magi lived a long time, Cassiopeia was the last one left and she knew she had to take action before she was gone too.

At the end of her life she found an egg high up in the crystalized mountains. She thought to herself “hmm…….. a lonely soul left here behind, so close to the stars but bound to parish. What a waste of precious life” she pondered longer “a shame, first generations are the ones who create blood lines without much influence.” The word first generation rung throughout her mind “A first generation, one who should lead, one to influence and make a better dragon.”

She scoped up the egg and kept it warm for many months, each night she whispered magical spells as a means to communicate to the embryo, her time was coming to an end, but she had so much to teach it. And of course, she had to complete her last mission to the Arcanist and raise a ruler. On the coldest night of the year, a baby fae was hatched. What destiny this was, as fae were native to the land and held special connections to the element itself.

Cassiopeia was able to spend the first two years with the fae. Before she left forever, she whispered goodbye my little prince, and went for her last flight.

Now Prince who has grown older is taught by the current magi, he still feels lost at times, wondering why me. Running a clan isn’t exactly easy. He is still young and is bound to make mistakes, but it was those years of development who shaped him. Cassiopeia, one of the greatest magi had fulfilled her mission by having faith in the right egg and teaching him right from wrong. Although prince has no recollection of her and the role she played, he often has dreams where he talks to her.}
