Born from the original Albino pair of Luciel and Eris, Juho always had his eyes scanning the sky, hoping one day all this fighting would stop, and wondering if there was any other life forms out there he could make friends with.
His eyes were ever trained on the sky, even in the bright of the day, despite there being no stars to gaze at. However this leads him to trip over stuff a lot-be it a bush, or a tail, he'll trip over anything! He does have decent magical capabilities though, and he's smarter than your average Albino. He's quick on his feet, and an even quicker strategist. Sure he's not an Arcane derg, but that doesn't stop him! Infact it actually makes him give it his all when making note of the stars, and their positions in the night sky.
He loved his parents, but as with all Albinos, he had to leave the nest at some point in his life, so he traveled Sorineth, mapping out stars, and speaking with others of his chosen profession. His travels led him to a cave system in the Reedcleft Ascent, where he met a then Mirror Matriarch named Miki, and her Guardian mate Shadowing, who gladly accepted him into their ranks.
They didn't see a monster of an Albino-they had heard terrible tales of the Actions of other Albinos, they instead saw a derg in need, trying to find his place in the world, and somewhere to stay.
At the top of Radioactive's lab, was where Juho set up his stargazing shop, Radioactive didn't mind as long as he left his experiments alone, and was quiet.

Radioactive made Juho a special telescope and night-vision goggles, so as to make life as a night derg easier, and he loves them-he uses them every night!
Juho has never marked anyone-he had no need to, so he doesn't know what his "flower" will bloom into. He just hopes it's something not too lethal, maybe even not at all!
His strain is one of the least active of the clan's Crows, next up being, Baize, Vale, and Jackie, Beressi's being the most active, with Hensael's being almost as active as hers, but him abstaining from marking anyone unless it was absolutely necessary.
Him and Jackie hit it off one night as he was watching a meteor shower. She had been out for a moonlit walk when she spotted Juho, and quietly plopped next to him. They watched the showers together until she fell asleep on him, groggily waking up the next morning. They parted ways and went back to their lairs after a brief chat, Juho having a loft in a room off his observatory. He plopped down on his bed, falling asleep immediately.
Juho woke up at twilight to go hunting for something to eat, and ran into Jackie who was also hunting. They decided to work together to nab a bigger meal- as long as it wasn't snake- like that is! They went to the Arena and had stalked and killed a Featherback boar, bringing it back to the clan, splitting the meat between each other. There were plenty of leftovers when they had had their fill, so they put some meat in his fridge, and some in hers, giving the rest to the other Wildclaw members.
They then spent the rest of the night watching the stars twinkle in the sky above. Juho noticed that when she wasn't sitting next to him, she had a spot in the back of the room where she liked to read his notes from nights prior.
He tasked someone who was good with making furniture to make her a custom, red velvet couch that was as soft as a Griffin's tail feathers and Featherback boar hide combined, as well as a special chair for two, that was also as soft as could be! They used the chair more often, and they only used it in his observatory, they already had portable chairs for stargazing outside- for when they didn't want to sit on the ground.
They were so happy together, reveling in each other's presence.
The night just before a full moon meteor shower, much like the one in which they had met so many months before, Juho had decided to dance for her, and see if she would reciprocate his feelings towards her.
The next night they met at a place they had both agreed to, that was far enough away from the clan that they could have some privacy.
Neither one was none the wiser about what was about to occur in this moonlit field.

He was just about to take off his cloak and other accessories when he noticed that she had put her "tea set" down, and was fiddling with her wing fan. He was too entranced for moments, not realizing what was happening until her flower and tea garlands came off, her bare snow white wings shimmering in the moonlight.
Jackie then spread her wings out, bowing her head at him, inviting him to join her, a sparkle in her eyes and a mischievous smile adorning her maw.
Juho shook his head out of his stupor, realization hitting harder than an unprepared team in the Golem workshop getting whooped by a pack of melee firstborn.
He completed the action of reaching for his cloak, throwing it next to her fan, proceeding to take off his other apparel until his wing "eye" was just as visible as hers, and mirrored the position she had taken.
She stamped her bottom talons and moved her rump and head back and forth, Juho did the same but begun circling her, her watching him intently with those cyan eyes of hers.
On his third revolution, she squawked and launched into the air, her tail beckoning him to follow her into the sky.
He obliged and flew up to join her in front of the full moon, meteors zipping by now and again.
They circled each other, calling out every few seconds in pure ecstasy.
The next thing they did was shoot off higher into the sky, special courtship smoke coming off their talons, placing their top talons within the others, and flipping in the air, their heads facing the ground.
Juho and Jackie then let themselves fall, still holding onto each other's front talons, their smoke mixing in the air.
At the last moment before they hit the ground, they let go of each other and split apart, landing on the ground near each other.
They moved themselves so that their tails were intertwined with each other's, and that their torsos were next to each other's, his head resting on hers.
Juho never would have imagined in all his days that he would find someone that he wanted to dance with, let alone someone who would dance back!
After resting a little bit, they exchanged feathers and planned to ask Miki and Shadowing for a new place to start their family, as neither of their lofts were big enough to house both of them and any hatchlings they may produce.
Juho could still have his loft, and they turned Jackie's lair into a temporary nursery, just in case they were blessed with hatchlings before they could move into a new joint lair.
This particular Albino likes Serthis/snakes, he thinks they're neat! His first familiar was a
whom he tripped over during a hunt. She was injured and needed medical attention, he fell in love the moment he saw her, he had no intention of her becoming his meal.
She was weakly clutching a small bag containing many a
. Juho had never been fond of eating anything that looked like a snake, or had other snake-like qualities. Instead he carefully picked her up and took her to Jason, who was the clan's resident familiar keeper.
He specializes in not only taking care of familiars, but also healing them when they get into a scrap. It took a few days, but she was back on her tail in no time! While she was healing, Juho visited her everyday. Giving her fresh Roan mice, and Dusk rats.
She was weary of him at first-as all Firstborn are when dragons are involved, but as they got to know each other, they got close. When she was all healed, she was about to slither off back to her tribe, but something made her turn around. She couldn't leave this place!
Her life in the tribe was never peaceful, she was always on edge waiting for the next ambush- from not just dragons, but from her own kind. She wasn't a fan of the whole younger generation killing off the older generation, and was ostracized for not only it, but her fascination with things defeated dragons had left behind.
It was peaceful here-even sometimes fun, despite her not getting some of the more unusual events that dragons held! She turned around and faced a sad looking Juho who was trying not to cry, and pronounced that she would stay here-on one condition-that she be his familiar, which was later extended to Jackie, and any offspring that decided to stay in the clan.
Juho was cheered up in an instant, and hugged his new familiar, from then on they went everywhere together. Him, her, and Jackie making an inseparable trio! She even translated for other Serthis who were less inclined to speak draconian. Together, the three of them were ambassadors of sorts between the local Serthis, and the clan. The trio couldn't be happier!

Because he needs it to be dark to look at the stars, Juho is actually quite the night derg! He stays up all night into the wee hours of the morning, to which then he crashes of exhaustion. He often meets LunarGlimmer the Skydancer and her
-among a few others, as not every derg is a day derg!He is slightly irked by dergs with Starmap, Constellation, and those who are legendary StarCons! They're living dergs with ever changing star patterns adorning their bodies. They may be genes just like any other, but it still fascinates him to no end! Juho doesn't mean to be rude, but he just can't help but stare! One night as he was out hunting for sustenance, he came across a Jackdaw who would later introduce herself as Baize. She was treating the wounds of some unknown derg, Juho dismissed it, thinking it was Blueshale who had a knack for getting into trouble. Though as he got closer he realized it wasn't his clanmate- it was another Albino! He later learned that her name was Beressi. The female Albino slowly got up, much to the chagrin of the Jackdaw, and readied her bow, pointing it directly at Juho. Juho was shocked, he meets a Jackdaw for the first time, as well as a member of his own subspecies, and the first thing she does is draw a bow at him! He didn't make any sudden movements, lest he test her patients, and started to slowly introduce himself, stating that they were in his clan's territory. The Jackdaw moved first, putting her talon out for a shake, while simultaneously lowering the bow that was being so rudely pointed at Juho. Her companion let out a sigh, lowered her bow the rest of the way, and sat down on a nearby rock, warily eyeing Juho as introductions were made. When all was calm once more, Juho invited the two to come meet his leaders, which led to the two becoming part of the clan. Juho was ecstatic! There were more Crows besides him now! Perhaps someday he'd find someone to dance with and have kids with. The only thing he liked more than stars was hatchlings-they were so cute! They were also the only fully unbiased ones in the clan. |

Quite recently there was a new development in the Crow department-a new Jack named Vale had arrived! This time however, it was a male, and he was green! He didn't have a name at first, so a hatchling had the idea of calling him "The green Jack", since there weren't any others in the clan at the time. It stuck, even with the adults- that is until he picked out a name for himself. His name was now to be Vale, named after Valerian essential oil! Juho was fascinated with Vale, and observed him closely, which didn't go unnoticed by Vale. Juho quietly observed more and more Jackdaws seeking residency within the clan. One was daw clad in yellow from the Shadow flight, she said her name was Kate. Not long after her, there was a Lesser Starshrike name Naomi who wanted to join. Two brown dergs arrived thereafter, one was going to be fodder, but Juho recognized that he had the markings of a Daw, he just needed a breedchange scroll, he was named, Sapling. The other was a butterfly winged Daw named Ramona, who was smitten with Sapling from the moment she saw him. They also peeked at what their offspring would look like, should they choose to mate, and liked what they saw! Two white as snow Albinos chose to make their homes here, a female named Jackie, and a male named Hensael. Closely followed by a Greater Starshrike who has not yet chosen a name. He was barely even settled in when Garth flew in, with Robyn and Arianna hot on his heels. |
