Once a powerful and royal seer Kazimir was disowned and casted out of many kingdoms, after he revealed his true colours: telling lies, telling self-made stories, even if he was able to see the truth. There was no goal or meaning behind it; he enjoyed what he was doing. After centuries of being a lone wanderer "the God", who once created him exactly for the purpuse of causing chaos and bad influence to many kingdoms, brought him back to his true home, where his true destiny is yet to fulfil.

Overall he is very egocentric and smug about his storytelling abilities (although everyone agrees that his stories indeed are very thrilling and captivating), loves collecting shamanic and cultic stuff, and secretly loves and admires Scheherazade (he would never tell her the truth).
