He also sells VIP deals, giving VIP dragons priority in teleport and transport queues.
Oshki will not interfere with the ongoing combat, but he will sell potions, poisons, weapons, or whatever else at a markup of its usual price.
Oshki does not deal sell information, nor does he offer service to act as a spy.
As he holds the monopoly of speedy service, he may change the prices depending on his mood or his impression of the buyer. This also includes VIP members, but the impact is lessened.
He also has an emergency fee, because you have no choice but to pay up in moments such as these.
Recommending to call only during emergencies due to gem-drain.
