Cthulhu is an aged fire dragon that was banished to the sea by his former clan. The stones on his skin are often mistaken for gembond. In truth, they are all that's left of the powerful glowing embers that burned brightly when he lived in the fire realm. They are now left as a smoldering reminder, extinguished from their former power.

But what did he do to deserve the banishment? He prefers not to talk about it.
