Chromite is a calm warrior. As strong as the earth from which her ancestors came, she was unstoppable. Stubborn as the rocks that refuse to fall from the hilltop, only a few could move her. Those few came in the forms of her best friends, Nyddrar and Cerlith. The three trained together, claw-in-claw, refusing the help of their fellow warriors.
Chromite in particular was the emotional strength of this little group. Nobody had ever seen her cry, not since she was a hatchling. Chromite was born with silver flowing through her veins; not blood. She bleeds a shiny grey, which is seen through the skin. From this silver blood she gained the title of Chromite, the Silver Warrior and was believed to be of a non-living ancestry. Upon further inspection, however, she was found to be just as mortal as any other dragon. Her silver blood, matching that of the clan's angel, Casper, was some odd coincidence, seemingly an odd but naturally-occuring mutation. Chromite claims the silver veins across her scales simply show how in-tune she is with her Flight's magic.
Chromite first med Nyddrar when one of her clanmates returned home with him from a Night Warrior meeting. At first, she only felt hostile energy coming from the wildclaw. All he would do is pounce on her, pinning her down until someone came over to physically remove him. He didn't talk. Not once. Eventually, with age, he calmed down. They managed to get along. Being one of Nyddrar's only playmates growing up, he grew a little... clingy, towards Chromite. He would follow her into the most dangerous situations without a second thought, trusting the older nocturne to protect him. Of course, being a warrior trained to protect her clanmates, she would jump in front of danger to protect the wildclaw. His safety would always be her number-one priority, even when it risked her own. Eventually she came to enjoy the quiet company of the Wildclaw that never spoke.
Chromite then met Cerlith, who came home the same day as Nyddrar, but was a bit older. The Pearlcatcher was also quiet, but much calmer and friendlier. She was very shy when she first arrived, but when Chromite introduced herself, Cerlith opened up to her quickly. To this day, Cerlith is still very shy, usually whispering to Chromite what she wants to say for the older dragon to translate. Chromite was glad when the Pearlcatcher agreed to join her and Nyddrar in their training, completing their trio for battle. Chromite and Cerlith work in almost-perfect synchronization, hardly missing a step with each other. Side-by-side, these two dragonesses are truly unstoppable and undefeatable. They have yet to meet anything, dragon or not, that can take them down. Not even the strongest warrior in the clan, Daichi, can take these two down.
These three dragons are inseperable. You will hardly ever see one without the other two; even less often, seeing two without the last one. Chromite, the strength; Nyddrar, the brains; and Cerlith, the clairvoyant.
