ShiningWingsong is RisingsunGuard's Life mate

Originally a Fae, ShiningWingsong was given permission to become an Imperial by the Mirror SunWatcher to become the mate of RisingsunGuard after his Imperial transformation, as she felt she would not look as beautiful as an imperial and that her colours would lead to wonderful Imperial young. As such, ShiningWingsong has been deemed the 'second mother' of the clan. She is also the leader of all the Light Dragons in the lair, as she is the oldest. With SunWatcher's recent colour change and Imperial transformation, ShiningWingsong is considering allowing the original mates of the lair to have young with each other once again.

When the clan moved from Lightning to Light, ShiningWingsong felt as if new strength had come to her. At the moment, she is helping show RisingsunGuard the benefits of reading. In return, he has named her a member of "The Beacons of Protection." This still holds as the clan continues its journey.
