Skilled at mixing drinks he uses a bar as his cover of a more illegal operation. Or so he likes to think only he’s a terrible at lying. He’s a bit of a coward and will likely fold to anyone who shows they’re strong enough. He’s the stereotypical petty criminal and useless elite mook. He gets easily frustrated by things he sees as useless and believes in ‘survival of the fittest’. That doesn’t stop him for also going back on his word often and helping kids with their problems. He has manners and knows when and how to use them and can inspire loyalty in others, even after they see his cowardly side. He’s also liable to call things ‘rubbish’ to hide his real feelings about it. He’s quite fond of mementos and paintings especially if they remind him of something good. For all he’s a terrible criminal, his ownership of a bar is well earned and he’ll actually succeed at some of his plots because his victims like his drinks so much. He also refuses to cry without an excuse for the tears, such as it's raining or him being underwater. Despite being a useless mook he’s still an elite useless mook so can and will put up a fight if he sees fit to fight you. The fact is he’ll run the other way against a really strong opponent shows a savvy survival instinct. Unlikely to start a fight in his bar while he’s behind the counter, but once he’s not it's best to watch out for a terrible prank to be upon your head.
