Cayne - progenitor
This Fae isn't much of a fighter. He prefers to spend his time among books, reading and sorting. When his clan wanted to start conquests in the coliseum, he begrudgingly went along as a healer. He couldn't stand to see his family hurt after all.

His small stature doesn't fit the image of a protector and he makes no claims to that role. He simply watches over his clan and gives advice, solicited or not. Sometimes his daughter can't help but roll her eyes at him, but she knows he means well. The rest of the clan respects his role as a leader because older clan members defer to his decisions. They learn to respect him despite not viewing him as formidable.

If the large Imperial is listening to the tiny Fae, it's probably best to follow along.
