Biography
Some dragons whisper that Avalon was hatched with Plague blood in his veins. Not your ordinary Coatl, he prefers claw and tooth over spells, bringing down his foes with strength, tactics and ruthlessness instead of magic and breath.
Out of all the dragons in the clan, Avalon is the most ambitious. What truth this son of Light has found for himself, it drives him forward with passion unmatched by any other. He is a great, charismatic speaker, capable of whipping his warbands and clanmates to a fighting fervor.
Long unsatisfied with the clan's previous leaders, Avalon has finally made his move. With his loyal second Hornsplice, he challenged the clan founders and took the place at the head of the lair. He is looking forward to consolidating the clan's so far fairly individual members and duties into a more cohesive whole.
Avalon is not a bad leader. He is proud, demanding, and occasionally harsh, but he genuinely cares for his clan and followers. Avalon leads from the front, pushing himself harder than anyone else, and is always ready to face any threat the clan might encounter. He is also a smart one, listening to his advisors and letting the clan members do their jobs without excess micromanagement. He does not take well to overt challenges to his leadership, but is ready to take advice. His attitude is a bit 'my way or the highway,' but the thing is that his way tends to work.
The dog is a new addition. It sort of ruins the image Avalon is trying to present, but the little beast is so happy to see him...
Avalon's mate-for-life is Nerina.
The caln got taken over by mimics during NotN 2018. Again. Avalon was furious.
